Requirements:
• LLM/BPTC/LPC from an HEC recognized university
• 5-6 yrs of relevant work experience
• 1 yr litigation experience in a law firm, familiarity with Court (esp. Sindh High Court)
Overall Responsibilities:
• Render written advice on intellectual property matters & work closely with external counsels for registration & protection of IP rights
• Liaise with external counsels, attend meetings & court hearings
• Render advice/written opinions on potential litigation matters & current litigation.
• Assist with auditors’ responses, maintenance of litigation sheets, preparation of board resolution & Authority letters & update business about progress of cases
