Job Description
1. Prepare monthly payroll register of all divisions after obtaining the attendance and time details (including leave without pay, medical reimbursements, etc.) from Administration department.
2. Review and reconcile salary related accounts in General Ledger.
3. Run the final payroll register after ensuring the correctness and accuracy of payroll register and post JVs into the payroll general ledger.
4. Coordinate with auditors of the company regarding payroll functions of all divisions.
5. Prepare quarterly, half yearly and annual payroll related schedule for auditors.
6. Prepare and upload staff income tax report on FBR website on monthly basis, fill PSID form and ensure CPR is obtained from FBR.
7. Run the payroll register provisionally to ensure the correctness and accuracy of salary including PF contribution, tax deduction, etc. and resolve the discrepancies/issues occurred during provisional run of payroll register.
8. Prepare monthly and annual payroll budget of all business units and subsidiaries.
9. Make provisions for incentives/bonus and leave encashment through JV posting as per Company’s approved human resource policies.
10. Prepare reports necessary for smooth running of payroll process including joining wise employee report, retirement/resignation wise employee report, PF contribution summary, etc.
11. Prepare the disclosure of key management personnel remuneration for the purpose of financial statements.
12. Maintaining payroll files of each month.
